Jongoose Enterprises ("Jongoose," "we," "us") builds websites for local businesses on the San Francisco Peninsula. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and honest.

1. What we collect

• What you send us. When you use a contact or quote form on our site (or a demo we built for you), we collect what you type — typically your name, business name, email or phone, and your message.
• Payment information. If you buy a plan, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your card details on its own secure systems — we never see or store your full card number. We receive only confirmation of payment and basic details like your name and email.
• Basic technical data. Our host may log standard information such as your IP address and browser type for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers.

2. How we use it

• To reply to you, prepare your website preview, and provide the service you asked for.
• To process payments and manage your Care Plan subscription.
• To keep our site and your site secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.

3. Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make this work, and only as needed:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).
• Web3Forms — delivers our contact-form submissions to our inbox.
• Netlify — hosts our website.

We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not share your data with anyone else for their own marketing.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

5. Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop contacting you, at any time — just reach out (below). Depending on where you live (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have additional rights; we honor those requests.

6. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above shows the current version.
